Our Foundation//

We are committed to upholding the tenets of the Labour Relations Act in all its dealings with employees, employee representative bodies and recognized trade unions. Industrial stability is achieved by the resolution of conflict through the mechanisms available within our relevant industry and the Labour Relations Act.

Our People//

We would not be complete if it weren’t for our people.

In view of our philosophy, we value our employees and encourage growth and development opportunities for all, and for previously disadvantaged members of our team.

It is all about recognising and nurturing the individual’s potential to achieve their goals and drive passion. Our support for organised labour structures are unanimous to foster happiness and fair opportunity.

Empowerment, equity and fair practices are key to the vision of our company, and we employ affirmative action to develop and maintain a representative structure.

We believe in the wellbeing of the community that we serve and welcome programs that elevate social groups through positive engagement through continuous progressive development.

In our view, we would not have succeeded in the Vastu principle if our communities are not beneficiaries.

“WE ENJOY SHARING THE PROJECTS JUST AS MUCH AS WE ENJOY CREATING THEM. SIT BACK & TAKE A MOMENT TO BROWSE THROUGH SOME OF OUR COMPLETED WORK.”
